I have some Labtec speakers which work perfectly with my PC. I got a Macbook for Xmas and converted everything over including itunes and am now unable to use the speakers. Is there a cable other than the...

According to the specs your speakers are intended to use a standard 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack. I doubt your new Macbook will not be equipped with such a jack socket and so if they don't work when plugged into the headphone jack of the Macbook but do work in the headphone jack of the PC it is clearly the fault of the Macbook - maybe the socket is faulty or hasn't been enabled or something.

Sorry but I know nothing about Macintosh other than I hear they are almost entirely interchangeable with Windows these days. If they don't have a headphone socket it would seem they are actually inferior rather than the superiority they claim.

Connecting speakers to tv

Not sure if the TV headphone jack would give you stereo out, but you can try that. If it's 1/4" jack, you'll need a 1/4" to 1/8" adapter.

If that doesn't work, you can use an male RCA Y cable to female 1/8" stereo jack.

You should be able to find both items at your local Radio Shack or possibly Best Buy.

Learned/tx function on remote

Hi cshunter34

I couldn't locate any info on your remote, but the usual reset solution if by depressing a reset button that may look like the type your press with a ballpoint pen. check the back and under the battery cover also. If you cant find one, then take the batteries out and leave it overnight and then put them back in the following day and see what happens. If all this fails, please let me know and we can try some more options.

Labtec headphone how to get it to work.

Sometimes you need to "burn in" your headphones. Used headphones usually produce a better sound than new ones. Simply let it play some music continuously. I usually burn in my headphones with some AM/FM static.
After a while, the sound should improve.
Good luck!
