Lightmates Solar light I need a battery for it where can I get buy one MODLE is348695

Had same problem on my unit and temporarily removing the battery and charging it for 24 hours with a modified 7.5 volt 200 ma. power adaptor seems to resolve the issue. Lamp is now working, hope this fix will last. Seems the solar panel does not charge the battery fully. Tried locating a replacement battery to no avail. The battery is 8V3.5AH, no other model information. Battery is 3.75" H x 3.5" W x 1.75" D

CHARGE means you have to charge the watch. It depends on what type of movement you have. If it's solar powered, you need to leave your watch under the light to charge it. If it is battery powered - you haqve to buy the new battery and fit it. Rate me,plz.

The light will only stay on as long as the battery lasts. My guess is that will not last all night. What you can do is buy a light sensor switch (or even a light sensor socket adaptor is available to save you from having to wire it in) to keep a light on during the night. You can use a CFL or even an LED lamp to save electricity, but it is unlikely that a solar-charged cell will power even one of thes all night long.

Check the rechargable batteries insode of the decoy. The solar panels recharge the batteries so that they can supply energy to the lights at night. The batteries have a limited lifespan and need to be replaced every couple of years. Replacing the batteries ought to bring your decoy back to life. Enjoy!

I have a similar solar modle Ive had since 1995 , about 4 years ago it started loosing time and the second hand started double ticking. I sat it down out side on a cool summer day for the hole day in the bright sun and never have had a problem since. knock on wood! It was also runover by a car last year and still works good. I wont ever get ride of it. Hopefully this helps u guys out
