OK, unfortunately this is an issue which can only be resolved by your service provider. Your service provider has a toll free number, so the call to them will not cost you anything. When you phone the provider you will need to explain to them the situation, and keep the 2 recharge vouchers nearby, because they will ask you the code on the vouchers.
They will be able to determine when the vouchers was purchased, as well as when the voucher was used.
