1. Turn OFF the main power switch (Inside front cover). Ensure sub power switch is on located right side of the control panel)
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. If the code come back do NOT reset have a tech come out replace the fuser unit, it can catch on fire that will ruin a Christmas Day!!!!!
Check your power cord is it plug properly in the wall, power off the machine and disconnect the finisher, document feeder, optional paper draws. Then power on. Power off remove the rear panels any think looked burnt or damaged. Sound like a bad power supply, might want a tech to come out

Ensure that the electrical connections both the plug in the wall and the connection at the back of the machine snug! Also good surge protector, on separate circuit? Then next is to have the machine software re-flashed. Must be from secure konicaminolta web site. Technician done
