How to change my contact number?

If it is cellular phone, then buy a new Sim card. Once you activate the Sim card, you will receive a text message that tells you what the new number is.

Thank you

I got a new phone am faced with the problem of imputing the subsidy password.its actually a Motorola w233.please help me out!

You will need to contact the carrier to request the subsidy password and you might even need to replace the sim card.
If it is AT&T you'll need to call or take it into the store.
If it is Tmobile
Unlocking the SIM card (SIM card subsidy lock) IMPORTANT: Stop if you receive an error message while performing the instructions below. The phone will be permanently locked if you make multiple attempts to unlock. 1. Verify the IMEI by typing *#06#. 2. Submit a new request. 3. Type 7465625*638*Unlock Code#.

Nokia N83 Not Working

Carrier named on SIM card probably not same as Carrier this phone is locked too. If so, get correct carriers Sim Card. Carrier can be seen on powerup splash screen pic. Or, unlock phone.

Sim cards for all carriers can be found on ebay. They are usually pay-as-you-GO phone no contract SIMs. but once you activate SIM, just call carrier and switch your number and/or choose one of their minutes plans. Not problem. They change your number over the wireless, and your contract over the phone..

Unfortunately it will not work. TMobile uses GSM technology while Sprint is on CDMA.

No signal

I dont think a changed Sim card would affect your signal if its the same carrier. If you changed carrier than its the carrier Sprint, tmobile, etc..

2 Problems..Sim Card Problems

Well, first off, an iPhone won't work at all with a T-Mobile SIM card. American iPhones are locked to AT&T's network -- only AT&T SIM cards will work in them.

As far as activating it with AT&T, make sure that the iPhone isn't connected to the computer while you install iTunes. Once iTunes is installed, connect the iPhone to the computer and iTunes should launch automatically and begin the activation wizard. Just follow the instructions on the screen and answer the questions.
