HOW TO OBTAIN PRINTER READINGS FROM MACHINE RICHO AFICIO SP C430DN

Hi, sorry if my response sounds like a question, does not the machine administrator status not allude to the status of the account logged into on the Mac? A windows administrator is somebody that has control privileges in an account . I think I am asking whether the privileges referred to are on the Mac rather than on the printer?
I have never used a Mac but on a windows machine all Iwould is uninstall all the software, detach the machine for a work session then reattach and reinstall the software.
Hope this does not sound too......?

You cannot update firmware when there is an error condition. Reseat all the connections on the controller board. If it still fails then replace part number D0655715.

You probably have a conflict between the paper size the machine knows is loaded and the document size being specified for printing on. Your Airbook is probably trying to send a document on a paper size the printer doesn't have. Net result is a document stored in the print queue that stops anything else being printed. Go full system reboot and clear out any and all waiting documents before trying again.

this is a problem with the fusing section
call an expert to check on it for you

Press the mode/clear(yellow)key
Enter 107
Press and hold for more 4 seconds clear/stop (red)key
Touch on the display SP mode.
To reset the error code,after enter in SP mode open the front cover,turn OFF the copier ,wait 2 minutes ,closed the front door and turn ON the copier.

Did you do a factory reset?
