More than likely your going to need a console...If you checked all the power from the console down to the resistance motor and that's good then console is bad.

I have a Healthrider R65, engine works wellbut when I step on it skips and stops for afew seconds my husband adjusted belt on each side but is till not going smoothly please adviceI bought from my fri

1) Lube the deck belt, this produce enough friction between deck vs deck belt, and shut down for to protect the electronic system
2) lube the rollers bearing very well.
3) Test the drive belt and replace
4) Test the motor input voltage, if there are the motor need repair.
5) test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are not the board is faulty.

Belt will not turn. Belt will go up and down. Display works but doesn't seem right. I checked sensor alignment with magnet on pulley but still not working. Reset button is ok. Model R65

is the motor turning if so and belt slips or will not move when you put on weight its the motor belt. replace

My Healthrider R65 was in a flood. The treadmill turns on but when I press start, the motor turns on full, the lights dim and then the treadmill turns off. The incline works fine.

motor does not start as flood rusted contacts and brush commutators

My belt wont rotate

The serial number decal should be in front bottom left hand side on the frame opposite the power cord. I would not worry too much about the serial number that is used for tracking their units. It sounds like the motor control board may have failed, but they may have you do a calibration to see if the board has actually failed.

Unfortunately, you need to replace the entire console. HealthRider's consoles are notorious for this behavior. The company that manufactures them only sells the console as a whole unit so you can get individual parts. Depending on the age of the machine you'll be looking at between $300-$800.
