New Alcatel 4060W do not know where to go to, to turn off the airplane mode

Try this guide

Verify airplane mode is turned off.

From the home screen press the Center key.
Scroll to Setting and press the Center key.
Scroll to Others and press the Center key.
Scroll to Airplane Mode and if off press the Center key.
Press OK.
Scroll to Off and press OK.
Reset the network settings.

Resetting the network settings reconnects your phone to the network and does not erase any of your content or data.

If the problem occurred after you follow the guide, just try to replace your sim. Good Luck!

The internal antenna maybe faulty, possibly a loose connection.
Best to get a tech to check it, unless your'e competant with the fiddly task of stripping and re-assembling the phone.

You can block only incoming calls and texts.
However, you may turn on airplane mode so you wouldn't be able to make phone calls.

You have to do a hard reset its not seing your sim card ask me how if you don't know how

On Android slide down from top of screen to get notifictions. In top right corner to click optioms. Turn off airplane mode.

From the home wage swipe down with finger from the top of your kindle then select "wireless." You will see airplane mode on/off on the right. Select the option you want.

Just turn off the airplane mode switch, then you will be out of
airplane mode

Go to "Settings->Wireless & networks" and then uncheck "Airplane mode". If you added the "Airplane Mode" widget on your home screen, just tap it again to toggle.
