I bought an AGPTEK GO2s and carefully downloaded 31 complete albums in the order they were released. But the player is playing ALL the songs out of order. What do I need to do in order to fix this.

this is not a dedicated mp3 player follow instructions carefully to olay music if you can return and buy mp3 player unless you need to record voice.

give it to a service station..... and dont remove before using safely remove device option..

check the files format.

Select Recently Added, Artists, Albums, Songs, Genres, My
Top Rated, Playlists, Podcasts, Audiobooks, or Recordings (Voice). - to view songs by album, artist, etc.

Or remove the track lisitng from the ID3 tag completely.

The only way you can get the tracks to play in order is to rename them before you put them on the player.

eg.

Album title - 01 - Track name
Album title - 02 - Track name
Album title - 03 - Track name


Album title - 10 - Track name

and so on

The albums will stay together, and the track number will put them in order within each album. Just remember to use 2 digit track numbers or they will sort 1, 10, 11, 12, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9

i had the same problem useung a sd card. i figured out my computer was not saveing them in order. that is how i fixed it for mine. also i found out my mem card would only let me use around 122 songs, and then i would have a derectory crete problem, i solved that by putting my music in folders, then i could use more songs.

Make sure your player is not set on ramdem play

I had the same problem with mine. So i was using the program Windows Midea Player when i converted my songs to my MP3 player which at first they were in WMA format. then i tryed to change. so i changed the format to MP3 and that put the songs into order of the album.

You have to delete those songs off the player, put them in reverse order in Windows Media Player, and then reload them to GoGear. I know it's a pain, but it is the only method that works.
