My scientific train Rio grande wont t start Its a toy one with plastic track, batteries are good just wont turn on

I need more info--info supplied it's to vague but give this a shot.

Look for a small opening with little white tabs that can be moved up and down, on both the train and the remote. All the tabs must be in the same position. ( Same thing on a garage door opener.)
If that's not it, make sure the batteries are in correctly in both items, reversed batteries will run lites and such, but not remote controls.

A train hobby shop can fix that.

It's on top of the third stack behind the smoke stack.

HOLD TWO PIECES OF TRACK TOGETHER SNAP ONE SIDE TOGETHER THEN SNAP OTHER SIDE.
