How do u reboot the htc one - HTC Cell Phones

You can do one of two things.
1. Take it to your cell phone provider if you can and they can reset it for you.

try to do sof reset and try, if problem persist try to unplug the camer from board and plug again. this are probably solution for you.

It is your battery problem...buy a new battery and charger also...or update its software...

This happened to me on HTC Sensation. I was able to get into my apps after a few attempts to reboot seems when volume is all the way down during a reboot it initiates the safe mode. this can happen, im told for many, reasons. Even if your volume controls are working fine.dust etc. although I followed the directions listed above I cleared the htc sense cache then re*stareted and all loaded just fine. I just had too do a little rearanging to my apps on home page . so I am pleased I saved a service call

go to the regional settings option and pick English (may need some experimentation to find that using the German menus but that is the answer)

1. Download "ActiveSync" from this link for Windows XP users or "Mobile Device Center" from this link for Windows Vista (or above) users.
2. Once downloaded, open the file to run it.
3. After the Installation is complete, it is best to reboot your computer.
4. After Reboot, connect your HTC Snap via its USB cable and "ActiveSync" or "Mobile Device Center" will recognize your new HTC Snap device.
Done.

for vista you need Windows Mobile Device Centre as ActiveSync is not supported by Vista.

May be this is because of using older ROM's i.e firmware..

Goto HTC site and find the updated ROM for ur device..

Current version of ROM's may have fix for ur problems...

Take backup of ur data before updating the firmware....

I found a ROM update on HTC website. web site says it will fix the restart issue. i'm trying it out now. have a look.
