1. Turn OFF the main power switch (Inside front cover). Ensure sub power switch is on located right side of the control panel)
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. If the code come back do NOT reset have a tech come out replace the fuser unit, it can catch on fire that will ruin a Christmas Day!!!!!

The bizhub C451 is a Konica-Minolta machine and I have found a webpage here:

that details the error codes that can occur on your machine. I know that this may not be of much use as you don't appear to have any error codes appearing. However, there is also a link at the top of the page from which you can get a copy of the Service Manual which will probably have a lot more detail in it and may answer your question.

continuous period of time while the
motor remains stationary.
1) Check the M25 connector for proper connection
and correct as necessary.
2) Check the connector of M25 for proper
drive coupling and correct as necessary.

Bizhub c451 error code c2259?

Black developer motor failure to turn. You mite try pulling out the Black image unit and shake it to spread the toner and developer along the whole unit. The image unit mite have been stored standing up image units should always be laid flat. All the developer may be sitting at one end of the image unit an so the motor is having a difficult time turning.

Elevation drive assy. for the output trays. did some one leave some boxes under the trays or a trash can.? Need to remove the reset the output trays to the correct location. Recommend a qualified KMBS tech do it
