Water feeding to Z -145 Jacuzzi Whirpool - Jacuzzi Home

Hi,

Please attempt to start the jacuzzi without any water and see if it functions. Then you can fill the jacuzzi up to 1/4th with water and check if it continues to run. If so, continue to one half full. If this jacuzzi breaks down at these water levels, then you'd need to call the manufacturer to advise on what part needs to be changed to get everything working again. Thank you.

Check water line feeding both.

The inlet feed that fills the toilet is blocked slow to fill needs cleaning out .

Its possible your heater has a ground fault. If the old pressure sw was giving the FL code the system would not send power to the heater. Now with the new sw working power is being sent to the heater.

your motor thermal safety relay is protecting the motor from burning out
this is usually caused by: an old motor about to fail (tight shaft bearings) bad centrifical switch or, an obstruction in the water flow causing the motor to work too hard (draw too many amps, get too hot then cool down and, start up again
check the relay it is located on the side of the motor on most motors; under a cover; unless the motor is bad the relay may just be too sensitive (old) and, may need to be replaced.

feed valve most likelly cause remove wtr. line if water comes out water valve is somthing to look at if it has power

I had same problem... fixed by turning hot water tank up to 145 degrees...but PLEASE do not do this if you have young children..that is hot and will burn!.. but does work(did this 8 years ago!)

You need a new impeller kit. Does any one know where to find one?

does it have a heater in the circulation line, it should be under the cover and would be in line on the 2 inch pipe that feeds the jets, it should also be on a gfci, check to make sure it is plugged in if this is plugged in and not tripped you need to install a new heater
