Hi feziwe tamba first pull the battery and the memory card from the phone. If you don't have a memory card I highly recommend you get one. BEST BUY MOBILE,WALMART, RADIO SHACK any retailer will have them. This solves to a few common problems. All phones have a limited memory space. I recommend a 8gb as the smallest one you want to put in your phone. Now depending on your carrier you need to make sure your phone has the data coverage also. You may not have enough data coverage for the webchat program. This sounds like a memory issue. Also how are you trying to open the web chat. You may want to open it using the blackberry world app. This are apps that are made to run on blackberry phones. If you have more issues feel to contact me again.
