contact your supplier direct by phone and make your concerns known
if it is not as advertised --you are entitled to a refund on return of the wrong item
if they have over charged you , you are entitled to a full refund of the money on return of the item
if you paid through pay pal advise them of a conflict and what you are doing to recover the money

According to the Paypal process when you file a claim for an item that is significantly not as described, you must return the item at your cost in order for Paypal to issue a refund for the amount you paid, not the return shipping costs. I think that is wrong.
When you can prove that an item is significantly not as described, then Paypal should refund your entire costs of the item including shipping both ways. Sellers can take advantage of Paypal's forcing buyers to pay for return shipping.
If a buyer doesn't like something or changes their mind, and wants to return it, then the return shipping should be paid by the buyer.

If you did not receive the item you paid for, open a fraud case with paypal, and they'll return your money.

You will need to file a dispute through Paypal under "item not received" Paypal will reverse your payment and place the money back into your account. It should not take over 15 days to receive your item unless you purchased it from outside the USA where it could take over 30 days before you receive it

Hi. I repair walkers wheelchairs and mobility scooters. I sometimes get asked to repair broken brake cables on walkers and wheelchairs. I get new cables from the local bicycle repair shop. Take in your old cable so they can measure its lenght, and find one the same. They only cost a few dollars.

When you purchase this product you need to make sure to use the plastic spacer on the outside between frame and screw knob. This will keep the bolt tight in the cutout section of the frame. If the frame is egged out already, you should contact the vendor to return the chair and get a replacement.
