Is Perfect clean Finish not perfect?!!!! How do I clean it to get rid of the cooked in pots in the texture?

When cool, I use a barbeque grille cleaner and that works well.
Any maker is fine.
Clean it off when rubbed in with a gentle non stick semi abrasive sponge, as it can burn into the coatings.
Always cover your cooking to avoid splashes that can become troublesome to remove.

Where is the fuse on kenmore microwave

Is this an over-the-range (OTR) microwave oven or a counter-top model? Assuming it is an OTR model, your can get to the fuse by first unplugging the microwave, then removing 2 to 4 screws over the grille vent. Remove the grille vent. Depending on the model, you either slide it to the left a little bit (1/4 inch) then pull it out, OR tilt out the top of it followed by the bottom. Now you should see 1 screw that hold the top of the control console in place. Remove it, then lift up on the control console to get past the tabs, and tilt out the top. Now, depending on the model, you may see the fuse behind the control console, or if it's not there, then remove the 1 or 2 screws that hold the metal grill vent that's located above the control console. Remove that metal grill, and your should see the fuse behind it. Sometimes that fuse blows for no good reason, other times it blows because you have a shorted high-voltage capacitor, or you may have a sticking "monitor" door switch.

I WOULD LIKE TO DOWNLOAD MANUAL FOR ELECTROLUX MICROWAVE/CONVECTION/GRILL OVEN MODEL EM20EC80SL PLEASE

I found it! There isn't a direct link from the Electrolux home page (shame on their webmaster!), but I got it with a search engine.

The first 12 pages are important generic information about microwave cooking; after that it gets into details on your model.

When i close the door it blows the 13a fuse. If you open the door when microwaveing it blows the 13a fuse. The microswitches on the door sometimes weld. My previous r950a had all these same faults. How...

To cure this error, replace the door switches and realign the door, checking the door closers for contact and correct clearance. The usual cause of this problem is slamming the door or contamination of the switches.
Very nice reliable machines.

The Charcoal Filter (JX81C) used for non-vented GE Spacemaker over the stove microwave (JVM1540SM2SS) does not fit anywhere (after pulling off the grill).

This of course assumes that your oven has the optional Recirculating Charcoal Filter Kit (part # JX81C available here) already installed.

Faulty microwave

Since that's a European model, I don't have solid info on it.

If it's an inverter-equipped oven, it may be a problem with the inverter or magnetron.

Otherwise, I would first suspect this to be a door switch issue or a bad door switch mount.

You could try holding up or down (alternately) on the door to see if that changes the performance.

Another possibility is the damper. Normally they will run for 49 seconds and then stop when the damper system has a problem, but maybe a non-US market has different requirements...

Please see the diagram below for a typical convection damper system.

If you or a friend decide to work on it, we have *critical* safety, disassembly, and troubleshooting info at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk

Please write back with more details if you need further help.

Lights and Fan not working

Are you talking about the light and fan inside the microwave or the vent fan (in the grille) and the cooktop / stove top lights? Either can be economically repaired. Please clarify and I will give you more detailed information.
