Using your cellphone camera point the remote at the camera and press any button. You should see the ir led on the remote flash. If not the remote is defective. Unfortunately this particular manufacturer has a poor reputation for customer service if this unit is still under warranty. I would suggest purchasing a universal remote rather than waiting the months it takes them to resolve your issue. If the remote does flash on camera then the t.v. is at fault and it needs repair.

Hi my Hisense En2A27 remote stopped working bought new Hisense remote, I don’t know how to connect it to Hisense tv. It only turns on/off tv can’t access Netflix/ YouTube.

You may not have the correct remote for that TV. There is no 'connecting' involved. Either it immediately operates the TV or it's a similar unit that will only operate minor things like on & off. Sometimes not even the volume! Get the right one by for your TV by using the model number of the TV and get it on eBay or Amazon.

My Hisense EN2A27 remote control is not working properly. When I turn on the TV, I have to keep pushing the button until it come on Can you help me with this problem or do I need to buy a new one?

Try replacing the batteries in the remote control. Or try the remote control up close to the tv and aim it directly at the eye of the remote receiver on the front of the tv. That will help you decide if the problem is the remote or with the tv.

Hisense TV, remote keeps using up my batteries, only last a week or two.

seen this battery issue reported online before with these remotes
depending on age and model of that TV
you can buy new original ones
dont buy universal types for a hisense

is it the original remote ?
what brand of batteries
lithium energizer?

info
rechargeable batteries never fully charge up
only two needed
size is AAA or AA

MY HISENSE TV IS NOTT RESPONDING TO THE REMOTE CONTROL COMMANDS ALTHOUGH THE REMOTE IS BLINKING. MY REMOTE SERIES IS EN-31603 (IT CAME WITH THE LCD 32' HISENSE TV)

I have the same problem, NOTHING to do with batteries.BUT if you press the that blinking (red) button and hold it down and THEN press the option you want (channel +/-, volume +/- etc) the controls work. Im looking for an answer aswell to return it to its previous state where I dont have to do that!

Changed the batteries and it just stopped working ,I get nothing

If you have changed the batteries of the remote control, all setup codes previously it have, been resetted. You have to setup the remote to your TV, by it code, once again.
