Cut or broken? Broken is the tension is too tight on either the top or bottom. The needle hole may be too small for the thread you are using. Thread can be poor quality (look in light-is it fuzzy?)and breaking on it's own. The most likely is the tension must be adjusted.

My consew 230 sewing machine is not holding the thred on the needle. every time i thred the needle and step on the paddle to sew, the needle comes back out unthred, please help.

before starting to sew
1.make sure the top thread & bobbin thread have a thread tail of 3 to 6 inches
2.make sure the thread tails are pulled behind the needle toward the back of the machine

then put the fabric under the presser foot to sew

when your finished with the seam, after the thread is cut from the fabric,, leave the thread tail the same as above before starting to sew again

I am not able thred the thred from the bobbin. The thred got jammed up when I was sewing, and I removed the bobbin and now I can't get the thred back in.

What is blocking the hook and shuttle? I am not too sure what you are asking, where are you trying to put the thread? Please, be more clear.

My thread keeps breaking. I got this machine

Thred breaking is one of the following: tention to tight, wrong thred, wrong needles - use jersey baal point 80/12 needles for all material and thred, bobbin tention too tight. [email protected]

Not putting thred on bobbin

It would help to know the brand and model of the sewing machine you are referring to.

Thred keeps braking

It might be tension to tight, threaded wrong or the bobin isn't thread the right way.
