UN55H6203AFXZA US01 turns on with sound but no picture. Flashlight test shows TCON is good. Back panel removed, TV on, no indication of backlight illumination. Standby light blinks 6 when turned on.
DCV measurements on BN44-00774A boards connector to LEDs are (in pin order 1-12) 290-300v, 260-290v, 260-290v, 240-280v,0,240-280v, 215-255v,0 , 215-255v, 0, 0, 0. Are these voltages within the normal range and does this indicate a bad board or a failed LED strip in the daisychain (voltage across M4+ to M4- goes to 0 and is 0 at M5+ and -)? Panel is CY-DF550SLV1H. Do you have a part number for the correct LEDs if that is the problem?

You're a technician work to earn I assume. Do understand; this is a forum to help one who knows a little; to make their sets right. Not a help you like people to turn revenue out of it. Understand? Do not know nothing; yet runs a service shop to cheat others!!!!! https://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Not sure what you are implying "The Knight" but your response is not helping me identify the failed component(s) of my TV. I happen to be an aerospace engineer so I do know how to troubleshoot a problem to a point and I can certainly fix more things than your average consumer but I have limited knowledge of LED TVs which is why I posted here, hoping to hear from an expert. Not sure what you are implying "The Knight" but your response is not helping me identify the failed component(s) of my TV. If I understand correct, you remove either of the ribbon cables going from the tcon to panel boards and you get backlights. If this is the case it's not a timing board issue but a COF IC on one of the panel boards that is defective, and in this case the set isn't repairable as a new panel wouldn't be available. Another way to test this is by doing a voltage test of the coil with 100 marked on it that's close to the LVDS connector, if you unhook one of the ribbon cables going from the tcon to panel you should see around 7 VDC there, with it hooked up you won't see any voltage if the panel is bad
While you have the back cover off, test the panel and power supply board by disconnecting the cable from main board. If unit's backlight comes on the main board needs replacing. If the backlight does not, the power board needs replacing.
