To hard reset nokia 210 follow the steps mentioned below:

First Method:
1. Turn off the phone by pressing and holding Power button.
2. Open up the dialer by pressing Call key.
3. Tap this code using keypad: "* + 3".
4. Release the buttons that were held, if you see Nokia logo.
5. Confirm Factory reset operation by clicking Call key.
6. The phone will restart now.

Second Method:
1. Switch on the handset.
2. Tap this secret code: *#7370#
3. Press your lock code.
* The default lock code is 12345
4. The phone will reset.

Third Method:
1. Turn on the phone.

remove the housing of phone. then clean the dust in the keypad. if it doesn't work... may be there was a circuit board's problem. you have to give the phone to repair shop

Either the flat cable inside the digitizer has came loose or you need a factory reset on the menu to revert to original values

u need to change the key pad until then it wont work.


two keypad IC's under the keypad and next to the keypad connector unfortunately all the keypad points are linked to the IC's and so even if one key doesn't work it is related to these IC"s in question UNLESS the keypad connector is dirty or sticky please do service your phone or take it to a reliable technician
