By the way emptying the waste bin needs disassembling of the unit then washing the ink foam.
Ok maybe i have to elaborate it further. The link I gave you, is info
for resetting the printer counter. Manually or by software, the warning
thing is maybe epson way of ensuring its products error free
performance.
And since this warning pre equate with the ink tank if ever it will
overflow. If you want it to be sure. There's two screws on either side
or bottom of it, also prying two notch clip in front to oven the top
cover. You should do this if no power and data cable is attached to it.
Underneath is ink park, there's a tube going to the bottom with three
layered foam. You can take it out, rinse it with water, dry it then put
it back again, top cover then screw. Test it again
You should reset the printer's counter also.
