Try installing Revo Uninstaller or any other Uninstaller with a good review and then start your system in safe mode now open Revo-Uninstaller then right click on the software and select Uninstall next follow instructions. once uninstalled install another Antivirus Software and restart the computer normally

Using which you can go ahead and uninstall the fix it utilities program from your computer, you need to select the hunter mode and point the short cut icon, if the program is not listed under the uninstall option in revo uninstaller.

if there was software installed onto your computer for this device then it should show in Control panel->add/remove programs (xp) or control panel ->programs and features (vista/7)

Simply highlight the line which refers to the software you wish to remove then click uninstall.

You can attempt the following to see if you can complete a manual uninstall:

• Click on Start, then Run
• type in regedit and hit enter, this will open the registry.
• Click the + sign to expand the following folders: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Software, Microsoft, Windows, CurrentVersion, Uninstall (see image):
• Under Uninstall, you will find a number of folders with numeric names. Find the folder that matches the program and click on it once to highlight.
• Copy the folder name.
• Close the registry, then click on Start and Run.
• Type in: msiexec /x "paste folder name here" /qb
• This should uninstall the application for you.
