Usually this is caused by a sticky valve. The "low-tech" repair method is to just thump the top of the valve fairly hard with your fist. The correct method would involve disassembly and cleaning of the valve interior, or even possibly replacement.

and just how does it save 70% of cost,,I have been doing plumbing for 34 years, these are sanitary at est but there are no savings on ansything you have,,,,if anything it would cost more to fix or replace there infered then it would be to just change a diaphram on a urinal,,
