THat is out of my league with no more info than that. What are you trying to get the fire stick to do? If it says no signal you areputting it in a ouotput port I would say. Make sure it isa input port for HDMI. Let me know eactly what you are trying to do. To be honest, I don't kow what a fire stick is supposedto do
The Fire Stick needs wifi to work, has it failed to find the wifi? Try calling Amazon, they are good at helping with their products. I have two fire sticks, and 4 fire Tv boxes, and I never have a problem with them that i can't fix myself.
Reset is one of the best option to get rid of any problem. So, if you are getting trouble with fire tv device like black screen, won't connect to wifi, fire tv no signal and more issues then reset fire tv device. Perform reset activity here: https://firesupportonline.com/troubleshoot/reset-fire-stick
It means there is no signal appearing at the HDMI 4 port of the TV, This could be because the Firestick is unplugged, or not working.
Repairlass1989 posted a suggestion to Additional Information that sounds good so I will repeat it in the Answer:

1,Before you pair an Amazon Fire TV Remote or Amazon Fire TV Voice Remote, verify that the remote is compatible with Amazon Fire TV, is within range, and has the required batteries installed. 1. From the Home screen, select Settings, and then select Controllers. 2. Select Amazon Fire TV Remotes, and then select Add New Remote. 3. Press and hold the Home button on your remote for five seconds. Fire TV Stick searches for the wireless signal of the remote. After the remote or game controller is discovered, select it from the list of discovered devices using your already paired, existing remote or game controller.
