SOURCE: setting the time on the panasonic KX-T7630
This is a PBX system, correct? If so, the fastest way would be through the PBX control computer. If you have a Panasonic TAW series PBX, I really like the AbleComm websites, search for your model PBX there.
SOURCE: Change Time
Press 'Prog' then press star key twice, then enter '1234', then enter '000', will get you to Date & Time Set, then press 'enter' button (bottom right hand corner of phone), this will then allow you to change the date and time accordingly.
Hope all goes well

This is how I did it:
1. Press the 'Program' button
2. Then dial ** (star, star)
3. Enter the password (usually 1234)
4. Press 'Next' until you get to 'Ext Name'
5. Press 'Enter'
6. You will need to know the Extension Number of you phone, when you find out enter it (eg: 104 or whatever yours is)
7. Press 'Clear' to get rid of the old name then start entering the new name via the number keys. Note: If you keep cycling through the letter on each number you can get to lowercase or uppercase letters.
8. Press 'Enter' then you are all done... pick and hang up the handset.

If you are using this phone on a Panasonic KX-TDA 30/100/200/600 system. From the Switcboard / Main telephone or Managers phone with the handset on the cradle/hook press Program * * or Program * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234). Now press 004 and then ENTER. Enter the extension number you want to change. Now enter the name (the same way as texting on a cellphone) To save the changes press AUTO DIAL / STORE. To go to the next extension press NEXT on the screen. When you are done lift the handset and put it down to exit program mode.
