According to iRobot make sure that the Scooba is clean, including the parts (vacuum hose & filter, bottom roller)
Make sure the battery if fully charged, and that you let it complete the cycles!
The belt is probably worn or stretched. When this happens the belt won't turn the roller brush when it is against the carpet. Here is a link for the manual and links for the belts you need:
no, brush roller shouldn't be touching anything,its under warrenty so take it to a hoover repair shop with your proof of purchase and they will fix it at no cost to you.something like that they might be able to fix it while your there because it won't take long. please leave feedback
