Turnoff the printer.
Hold Cancel button and start/Copy button at the same time.
Turn on the printer.
Release the buttons when display shows "Permanent Storage Init".
Wait till the display shows "Ready"
The "scanner warming up" error is caused by dirty optics in the scanner assembly. You will need to dis-assemble the scanner and clean the mirrors with window cleaner and lint free towels and Q-tips. I have that oranage triangle light blinking as warm up message continues I also had power loss I have taken the plug out and will wait a while and try again. I still get now scanner errors using ubuntu..
it is a physical brocken piece that supports scanner mechanism.
if you open that plate /scanner mechanism and if you drill that plastic sheet and try some manufactureed alluminium or metal projection and place it in the hole drilled by you and put washer and screew so that that supports ;the scanner mechanism and your scanner /printer works . the scanner mechanism may costs you around 3,000-00 rupees.

A Scanner Bulb Error message is received as a result of the HP LaserJet 3300mfp series product scanner’s inability to find the home reference point.
SOLUTION:
Perform the following steps to walk the scan assembly from the home base and resolve the issue.
1. Remove and replace the power cord from the unit.
2. Wait approximately 35 seconds for the scanning assembly to “walk out" and then quickly remove the plug again.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2, three to four times until the head moves approximately 1 inch away from its normal resting place.
4. Replace the plug and let the product fully finish the boot cycle.
