I havent used my acer laptop in approximately two months. I havent changed the password on it but twice in the two years ive had it. But everytime i try to log into it with my recent password it tells me...

If you have files that you do not want to lose, you could try this... Pull the hard drive out, and use a "USB Hard Drive Adapter" (available fairly cheap online) to connect the hard drive to a friend's computer, and save all the personal files (documents, pictures, etc.) you can to a folder on the friend's computer or an external hard drive.
Then, you could try to do a Factory Restore on the computer, and if that works, copy your personal files back to your newly restored computer.

Good luck.

Flashing service engine soon light flashes then shut off

Check engine lights have been used for over 30 years and yet most people do not know what they are used for.
The check engine light tells the driver a problem exists with the performance or emissions of the engine. Not the actual engine itself.
Anytime something happens that could affect emissions or performance, the light comes on and a trouble code is set in the computer memory. The driver then has to have the computer scanned for those codes to know what component to have checked.

Computer will not power on

i would guess that the motherboard has been damaged, perhaps with excessive current or AC power out ? perhaps the CPU heatsink fan failed and damaged the CPU ?

what was the circumstance while the computer worked well , the last time you used it ?

did you leave it on while plugged into the wall AC power outlet -- perhaps overnight or for a lengthy time period , leaving the laptop unattended ?

do you know if the battery was working well , last time you used the computer ? was the AC ADAPTER WORKING WELL ENOUGH TO FULLY CHARGE THE BATTERY ? PERHAPS THE BATTERY WAS NOT CHARGED up siufficiently to allow power to turn ON THE LAPTOP, THUS W/O POWER FROM THE BATTERY AS A RESULT OF A BAD AC adapter, now the computer has no source .

here is a link to some information you can review to assit you .

Computer runs slow, much software. Cannot find

Go to Start, Control Panel, then to Programs and Settings. Right click on top of the columns (The ones that have the program names, etc) is light blue on to says Name, Publisher, etc. Choose the selection MORE... then put a check on "Last Used On" and this will show you the last time you used the program and you can then determine which ones you dont use.

I cant' uninstall Disney's Timon and pumba Jungle Games

I'm not extremely good with compters but I do know 1 remedy...

Click:
Start Menu
Control Panel
Add/Remove

Choose the program you want to remove from your computer. It should automatically un-install the program. If that doesn't work you have malware or a virus or its a hard to remove game.

Take it to a computer repair shop and they will be able to remove it from your computer. It's not very cheap, but it might be your last option. :-(
