Get rid of all the fruit in the kitchen....

They sound to be fruit flies. The best solution that I know of would be to purchase fly strips from home improvement store. They'll stick to strips and die and hopefully cut down their presense. Hope this helps.

If the fly is still alive, you can turn the unit off and find some type of vent, or removable cover that will allow you to see inside of the unit. Once that is established, place a lamp nearby and hopefully the light will attract the insect out of the unit. If it is a fruit fly, you can take a small jar and fill it about an inch of red wine vinegar by a vent in the tv, and that should draw out the fruit fly. Of course it will also attract any other fruit flys nearby.

I hope your not allergec to pets or something else in the new place.If it is the smoke do not hesitate, invest in air purifier/electronic air cleaner.They work great in filtering smoke but need cleaning often.

to the left of the bottom drawer is a veg/meat slide switch.make sure it is all the way on veg.if it is on meat,it opens a small doorway to the freezer and lets the cold air in and will freeze the food in the bottom drawer.in some cases,you will need to remove the drawer and shelf and then take apart the doorway.ball up some putty and jam it it the hole to completely seal it off
