SOURCE: im puttin a new head unit with a different wire
You can buy a cheap harness from the local parts store for your Honda made specifically to put in aftermarket head units. Since you know the pin outs on your head unit, you can wire it up quickly uning this harness and it will plug directly into the factory Honda harness. Go to Scosche dot com part lookup for your number - I think the wiring schematic is on the outside of the package, too.

Better to get the wiring diagram I believe www.bulldogsecurity.com can have it or www.the12volts.com
If it's only 4 wires, Red & black are typically power. red +12volts & black is ground. Gray would be one channel say right side and green would be left (example) you would ground the negative speaker lead on both sides. That is probably an old unit and make sure your car is negative ground. Some Ford & Nissan are positive grounded for some circuits which you may need to reverse the power connections. Make sure there is an in line fuse on the power wire just in case.

I have a 16 pin harness I got from a-1 audio but I'm not sure that the wire color code is right, there's two orange wires on top&bottom left view from back of unit
The color code seems to be off
