What do D - protection stands for and can it be fix?

When I power it up it says hello and goodbye can't change everything on it

    There is a protection circuit in amp that shuts off the speakers when it senses a short. There can also be an issue with the amp being over driven by the inputs. Unplug everything and if it still happens then the circuit in amp is bad.

Change the sensitivity to the touch pad in the control panel.

If you reduce the sensitivity, it should fix the problem. If not, then the top part of the laptop case needs to be opened and then below the keyboard you need to replace the touch pad.

Toshiba sd-kt50 dvd player turn on open/close hello appears protection appears and goodbye comes up turns it self off. we had two second power offs not associated with a storm
the sudden power cut-off can either blow the fuse or corrupt the system of DVDs.but, some DVDs has protection for this occurrence.try not to use it for sometime.then if it's well rested try turning it on see if is resets it's protection circuit.if not, a new unit or call a technician for it.

SA AK200 does not appear to turn off completely
Hello,
HiFi system actually turned Off when you press power button and display of hello, heavy, vocal etc is demo mode of this system and it activates when unit goes to power off.
You can change its settings like not to show demo mode etc and this procedure is described in owner's manual.

I have the same problem.
I did my research and this is the solution:

Your HT system is overheated and the fan is not working. Just replace the fan and you will be good to go.

Protection
Protection means the unit is detecting a short somewhere. Disconnect speakers and components and attempt to power on the unit again. If it will power on with nothing connected, repeat the process (turn off, connect something, then power on) until you find the bad component or speaker.
