What is universal remote on chungchop RM-398E code for pensonic led TV 3288

I have never heard of a pensonic tv. But there is usually a manual procedure to step through the available codes on these remotes. It takes a while but I have only had one that I have tried it on but it did not work. The instruction should be with the remote manual.
