My tomtom start s/n BL2025B90193 gives inaccurate arriving at destination update map and my software per tomtom home/connect. It says arriving at destination I have not arrived at my destination

This will happen when the map info is incorrect ... by a short distance or a long ways.
If your map is not up-to-date, this may happen. If this is the case, updating your map may help.
The tomtom (navigation) software enables you to correct the map data and to share it (using your tomtom HOME software) with tomtom / others. Hopefully, the correction will be verified by TomTom (map data provider) and the map data will be corrected in the next release of the map.

I have a cobra 8000 pro HD it powers on and reads error incorrect map data can it be reset back to factory because it's frozen

Removing any internal battery can bring about a reset in many devices because the settings are stored in volatile, i.e. circuitry requiring a current to store data. When battery is removed the data is lost and the device reset.
You may have non volatile ram though, this can be reprogrammed with an eprom/ic programmer if you have the original file.

Did the freeze come about as the result of a firmware upgrade?

-----------------------
AFR - Air Fuel Ratio
ATS - Air Temperature Sensor
BAS - Bank Angle Sensor
CCM - Cruise Control Module
CKP - Crank Position Sensor. The CKP generates an "AC signal" which is sent to the ECM where it is used to reference engine position (TDC) and speed.
DTC - Diagnostic Trouble Codes
ECM - Electronic Control Module. (The Computer) Computes the spark advance for proper ignition timing and fuel control based on sensor inputs
(from CKP, MAP & TP sensors) and controls the low-voltage circuits for the ignition coils and injectors.
The dwell time for the ignition coil is also calculated in the microprocessor and is dependent upon battery voltage. The programmed dwell feature gives adequate spark at all speeds.
ECT - Engine Coolant Temperature. Sensor also controls the cooling fan relay that provides 12 Vdc to the fans.
EFI - Electronic Fuel Injection
EFP - Electronic Fuel Pump
ET - Engine Temperature sensor
FI - Fuel Injectors
FPR - Fuel Pressure regulator
IAC - Idle Air Control actuator
IAT - Intake Air Temperature sensor
ISS - Ion Sensing System...detonation detection
MAP - manifold Absolute Pressure sensor. The MAP sensor monitors the intake manifold pressure (vacuum) and sends the information to the ECM.
The EMC then adjusts the spark and fuel-timing advance curves for optimum performance.
TP - Throttle Position Sensor
TSM/TSSM (Turn Signal/ Turn Signal Security Module)
VE - Volume Efficiency
VSS - Vehicle Speed Sensor. Used as an input for idle speed control

I don't find maps

It seems your map data(base) may have been corrupted. Have you tried restoring the data from your backup ?
or you can try running a (fix) disk utility against your (internal or external) storage disk for the GPS ?
For instance, connect the GPS to your PC (Windows), and select (highlight) the (internal) "disk" on the GPS device. Under File - Properties, go to the Tools (tab) and run the "Error-Checking" option.
Running this utility may fix your map data error.
If not, you'll want to get a new map ...

Map sensor testing

Tge best way to test a MAP sensor is with a scanner that can read live data and a manual vacuum gauge, Connect the gauge inline with the MAP vacuum hose. Start the engine and look at the data reading for the MAP sensor. The two should agree within about 1 to 2 In./Hg. (3.3 to 6.7 kPa.)

If you find this to be incorrect, more testing should be done to determineif the problem is the MAP sensor circuits or the MAP sensor itself.

Precise testing procedures cannot be posted because yu did not mention WHICH ENGINE your Camry is equipped with or which Diagnosic Test Code (DTC) you are getting from your computer.

How do i down load new info-

I'm assuming you have the right map installed.Make sure you type in the right city (town/village). Make sure you are spelling the street name correctly.

If your street has been there for more than a year then it may be a map error. Try browsing the map in the area where you live to see if you you can find your street and see how it is spelt. It may be spelt incorrectly on the map. You can correct an incorrect spelling. See the manual for map corrections.

Newer streets may not be included on your current map. You may have to wait for an update or you can buy an update or you can use the map corrections to add your street. See the manual.

Wrong street numbers

This sounds like a more advanced mapping error in itself. It could be possible the mapping data is incorrect, or has been corrected, but not yet incorporated within new map updates. You've taken all the right steps to correct it on your own so your next best bet is to verify the inaccuracy with TomTom. Perhaps borrow a friend's TomTom and if their street names are accurate, your device might simply be defective, in which case you can request a new unit.
