How do i turn on the headset?

Open the boom. It will start to blink and then change to blue if it isn't paired to a phone. if it is paired and a known device is in range it should connect.

How do I sync my phone with the H730?

Turn off H730,
1) have you ever paired the H730 to any other devices? if so make sure those devices are turned off.
2) Next make sure that your phone has bluetooth featured turned on.
3) Turn on the H730, if there is no devices that the H730 headset can pair to, it should go into descovery mode, the headset light should turn a steady blue, and you should hear "ready to pair"
4) At this point go to your phones bluetooth options and search for bluetooth devices. The H730 should show up
5) It then should ask for a password, 0000
6) after entering the passcode the H730 should say pairing complete

Make sure that it is fully charged, usually takes about an hour to charge completely.

Motorola h730 after factory reset will not stay paired after closing and opening again

Delete the pairing on the phone and then re-pair. Also ensure your headset is fully charged. It should autopair with your phone after a reset when you open boom if phone has bluetooth turned on and is in range.

My samsung charge won't pair with bluetooth Motorola H730

First thing to do is make sure Bluetooth is on for BOTH devices . Second thing is to make Both devices Visible. Third is to Scan for nearby devices. You will need to know the 'device name' of each phone. When you find the other phone on one device, click on it & it should ask you to 'Pair device'. You should then hear an 'alarm' tone & get a message in a box. (sometimes you need to 'pull-down' this message from the top of the screen, like you do to get the settings or wi-fi status). It will ask you if you want to pair & then give you a 'Pairing code'. This is what you type into the phone. The other phone will then get this & ask if you want to pair. Say yes & the two phones are paired ONE WAY. You need to repeat the process for the phones the other way around, so that the phones are paired in both directions. Remember, every time you get the 'alarm' tone, to check your 'pull-down' to see if the connection code is hidden up there.! Telling it to you is more complicated than actually doing it.!!! Best of luck.
