You would have to have a bullydog reprogrammer

check hand brake tension , sounds like it is grabbing after heating up, or is the clutch on its way out simple test for clutch , hop in car apply hand brake and foot brake place car in reverse let clutch out slowly ,if car stalls clutch is good if car stays running clutch failure, replace clutch
warning read and do it properly hand brake and foot brake on at all times during test,make sure car is in a well open area, hope this helps

personally i'd just replace the thermostat, but try pulling the front panel off and look on the circuit board and see if there is a jumper for F/C or any other settings. you may try changing its position. you can also remove the batteries for 15 minutes and see if it resets itself. the only other thing it could be is a wiring issue.
