I have a Kenmore Elite washer model 110.2803 or 04. The washer won't do anything but make a crunching stalled sound. no error codes. Have to unplug it.

if its a Kenmore model then this message says that the button control board has lost sight of the main control board , but its been my experience that this maybe able to be reset and it may never come back or it will not reset and the control board will need replaced (50/50)

The F25 error code is a motor tachometer error. To determine the problem you will have to remove the top cover and the front access panel. On some models, the rear panel will have to be taken off for easier access to the motor control. Now with the washer-unplugged remove the each plug one at a time and make sure the pins in the connector are not bent then re-seat them on the board. Now retest the washer. If the washer still fails, you will need a meter to ohm the motor.

The machine, based on the error code, is made by Frigidaire for Kenmore. Error code E20 pertains to a slow or no drain problem which can be due to a clogged/kinked drain hose, blocked drain filter/coin trap, or a broken drain pump. unplug washer over night. plug in try drain and spin, if it works after finish try to restart. an 11 minute stall is likely error code f / 11 or dl code starts intermittently then goes out possible ccu board under top at rear

take the pannel off the bottom and unscrew the pump cleanout

If sound like a lid switch issue. Open the top of the washer to get an access to the lid switch(located near the doorframe). Look for a loose wire or a broken switch. In case there is no loose wire or broken switch, you should replace the switch. Good luck!
