Hi Aggie,

So sorry to hear that, let me tell you that we don't longer manufacture those devices but if you are able to find a battery in a third party site like Amazon or best buy.

Hope you can solve the issue.

Change battery on a motorola bluetooth H700

Turn off the unit before attempting a battery replacement. Without doing so, the power disruption that the headset will acquire can damage the internal workings.
  • Find the even **** on the bottom side of the unit, where the microphone boom is attached.
  • Place the edge of a flathead screwdriver along these slits, and twist gently back and forth until the unit opens up. Do not completely open the unit up, however.
  • Find the small ring near the plug and the mini-USB port. Use the screwdriver to push under the ring where the battery is found. Push forward gently to pop the battery out.

Make sure the battery is good in your H700.Make sure your Bluetooth is enabled on your i576. To do this, go to Contacts>More>Bluetooth>Setup>Power> then select On. Back up one level and select Link To Devices. If everything is correct, they will find each other.

    Need a passkey lost it

The problem you are having with your H700 is not the passkey. "0000" is correct. The problem is the pairing process. I just paired mine after reading this with my blackberry curve.

    1. Close the H700.
    2. Hold the big button down until you see a lavender light.
    3. Open the H700 while still holding the button down.
    4. At this point it is ready to be paired. If the light changes color, the H700 has timed out waiting to be paired and you will have to do steps 1 thru 3 again.
    5. With the lavender light on the H700 go through the pairing procedure on the blackberry.

H700 charges fine, dies in an instant

Open it and see if it has a battery. Take the battery to RadioShack and have them get you the correct battery. Use contact cement glue to put it back together.
