It is possible that the o-rings in the hose fittings are worn out and need to be replaced.

That sounds like the boiler is leaking. This is usually caused by scale build up between the boiler halves. It builds up on the haves and then the seals don't seal. If you can remove the top, you can check the boiler located on the left side. There are 2 yellow wires on the top. if you can see a white line on the boiler that would be scale and that is bad. Descaling is good but descaling correctly to even better. Heat and the descaling solution will cause the seals to harden and this will cause the boiler to leak faster. Check Ebay for boilers, I have seen them before.
If its leaking from under the drip tray 99% of the time its a boiler leak. Most likely has to be sent in as changing a boiler requires the boiler, gaskets, and a few other fittings possibly being changed.
