Unplug unit and remove motor shroud if you are savvy with a multi meter then try these trouble shooting procedure:
Perform and elevation calibration again, On the display, can you see numbers counting down and up and the treadmill is going up and
down? If yes then the unit will proceed to work, if no when power is on, check on the lower board, on connector J5, do we have 5V DC between pin 1 & 3?
If yes During Calibration, J5, between Pin 5 & 6, on the lower
board, do we have 120V AC when treadmill is going up?
If Yes During Calibration, J5, between Pin 4 & 6, on the lower board, do we have 120V AC when treadmill is going up?
If Yes During Calibration, J5, between Pin 2 & 3, on the lower board,
do we have DC voltage varying from 1.15 to 3.00? If any of the above is no then then the lower board will need replacing if all is yes then elevation motor needs replacing.

1) Lube the elevation motor, see the diagram, parts gear + shift
2) adjust the POT, for a little and see if there are better improve.
3) RUN the software calibration for diagnose, troubleshooting, fix it.
