I want to mount it on wall
SOURCE: PS3 (Pal) won't connect to Sylvania HD TV
I just figured it out last night - if you have used your playstation on an hd tv previously, it is set at the highest resolution possible - 1080p. You need to take it back to that tv, and go to display settings on your tv. If you select HDMI as they type of connection you'd like to make, it asks you what resolution your tv supports. In your tv instruction guide, it should give you this information. Check mark all of the resolutions your tv supports, making sure not to confuse 1080i and 1080p. After doing this you can take it back to your other television and it should work.

Here is a link to a hanging bracket that will work for your monitor. It is a true universal hanging bracket. You wont find a better one for the price.

It can be the power supply is unstable due to bad DC filter caps, or it is sensing short circuits caused by backlight board, you will have to take it apart and start by visual inspection first, look for bad caps iwth leaking/bulging tops (caps can look OK but can have high ESR). Then you need to do voltages checking.
If you are going to DIY and have proper tools, electronics knowledge, and know safety precaution then please read on:

SOURCE: How do you Wall mount
If you have a wall mount kit, it is fairly simple. You just find the place that you want the tv to go and find a nearby stud to install the mount. After that you will want a second person to help with either holding the tv up or screwing in the tv to the mount. There are four screw holes in the back of the tv to screw through the wall mount plate into the back of the tv. Check to make sure it is stable, then you have successfully installed the tv to your wall
