This is very common believe it or not. This is a severe motherboard problem and will need to be send it to SONY. It is something that cannot be solved by a 3rd party technician.
Did you try HDMI cables? Did you try AV/Component cables?
A lot of times, one of these ports will go out and render one or both useless.
Can you access the safe mode? Be sure to have both cables plugged in when accessing this mode. If you do not see anything on the screen with AV and HDMI, then I am sorry to inform you that your system is no more.
have you checked to see if there any patches out to fix the issue. this is an old game. and it may not work on XP i have had some old games that done this. check on updates and patches first and see.
go to http;//tim.id.au/laptops he may have your service manual , look for the jumper location for clearing bios password , just follow the instructions in the manual
i dont think you car wants to leave your house.... maybe your injectors are bad, if the chamber is getting too much fuel you could be flooding it, and if that gas gets past your rings you have bigger problems
(How to enter Safe mode? :- Immediately after switching on the system, keep tapping F8 key on the keyboard, You will see a list of options there, select "Safe mode", & hit enter..)
also try Decreasing the touch sensitivity in the control panel,
this is not a problem with the monitor, it looks as your computer is not sending any video signals to the monitor thus it goes into saving mode. Take a look at the computer, check the video card. Pull it out then turn it on, turn it off again and place the video card where it should go then turn the PC on again. This should clue the OS to re-configure the video driver. Did you try another monitor ?
Enter in safe mode, change the mode and restart in normal mode, if the problem persistes, boot in safe mode again, remove the graphic card drivers, boot in normal again, reinstall the drivers.
