Same thing on my tv after replacing lamp. Lamp manufacturer advised me that after changing bulb, tv must be reset or tv will go into safety mode and will not turn on. To do this on my model WD-65734 you must hold reset button in with a pen or paperclip for about 10 secs.The LED will start blinking for a few mins. When itstops you need to unplug tv set for about 1 hour. After this the tv will be reset.
This is not a "digital" problem that can be addressed in your setup or fixed at home. This sounds like a fading power supply. Often electronics fail slowly or partially.
