You can purchase just the replacement motor at : www.greskoindustries.com. Instead of buying the whole thing for 50 bucks, you can fix it for about 20 bucks. It's worth it in my opinion.
The terminals are probably still a little corroded from whatever you had to clean out earlier, with was more than likely battery acid. Get a few q-tips, hydrogen peroxide, a small bowl of water, and a dry rag. First, brush out any dry stuff you can see. Those keyboard air cleaner things work great. Get the end of one q-tip wet with the hydrogen peroxide (not dripping wet) and start on the "+" end of the battery slots. Just work on one slot at a time. After you rub the q-tip around , start on the "-" side or the side that has the spring in it. This is a little harder because you need to gently clean between the coils. Use the other end and remove everything the q-tip will remove. After you've cleaned one slot, use either another clean q-tip or your rag to wipe it down with the water. Lightly dry it off, then move on to the next slot. After you've done the entire compartment, check the cover plate too and clean it as needed. Leave it all out in the air overnight to dry completely before trying to do anything with it. It might not work right away if there was a battery leak and it got back into the electronics a little. Don't be sad if it doesn't work right away, let it sit another day (with no batteries in it) and try it. If it still doesn't work then the problem is deeper down into the glider's electronics, in which case you might try calling the manufacturer. Fisher Price has a pretty nice customer service department if you can wait through the "on hold for the next available" stuff. They have been able to suggest some strange things for me that got my baby's favorite things to work again. Post again if you still need help, I've cleaned a lot of battery compartments!
Sometimes your little one likes being held over your shoulder. Sometimes
on your knee. Other times, she wants to be cradled in your arms as you
rock her side-to-side or back-and-forth. But for the times you need to
put baby down, here's a swing that cradles and swings, soothes and
entertains her just the way she likes it! It surrounds her in plush,
cozy fabrics and a canopy that cocoons her. The soothing continues with
eight tunes and a side-to-side cradle motion, a lot like the way you
rock her in your arms. When your little lamb is ready for play, the
swinging changes to a back-and-forth motion (because babies love
variety) and she's engaged with nature sound tracks and a mobile
featuring a mirror, floating clouds and little lambs to entertain her.
Includes six soothing swing speeds, little plush friend tethered right
to the removable tray, and bead bar. Sturdy steel frame has legs that
fold in for storage and portability. Requires 4 D batteries.
Weight Limit: 25 lbs. (11.3 kg)
Developmental Guidelines: Use cradle swing from birth until a child
becomes active and can climb out of the seat.

The main ones to tighten are the ones on the legs that you can see. What makes it really wobbly are the legs not being balanced or spaced apart wide enough. They should be extended out enough for them to be resting on the side of the top where they enter the motor housing, and the feet should be relatively flat on the floor. Push them out (don't force them of course) then use your foot to nudge them out until they're stable enough for your needs. I found it also helps to set this up on a carpet instead of bare wood floor. The swinging motion can sometimes rock the legs up/out a little and make it look unstable.
Hi, the AC adapter connects through a wire that hangs out of one of the legs. You can see the complete instructions, including a diagram, in the owner's manual, which you can download from Fisher Price:
