TMX15 ERROR CODE 204 is coming up on display. Anybody know what that may be?

TMX15 is a model of a forklift truck, and ERROR CODE 204 indicates a fault with the accelerator pedal position sensor. This sensor is responsible for sending signals to the forklift's engine management system to control the speed of the vehicle.
The error code may have been triggered by a faulty sensor, damaged wiring or connectors, or a malfunction in the engine management system itself. It is recommended to have a certified forklift technician inspect and diagnose the issue to determine the root cause and necessary repairs.
It is important to address this issue promptly, as a malfunctioning accelerator pedal position sensor can affect the performance and safety of the forklift.

Vvti toyota hiace engine light comes on after engine heats up and burns more gas.Did a computer diagnos which suggested fuel tank pump replacement. Worked for a day but problem re emerged.

is it possible to give code? because that fuel leak code is common in diesel, it may mean bad injectors or bad fuel pump. the common rail is not able to reach target pressure with ease so that computer detects a fuel leak.

Hi, my 2.8 Diesel GWM display both the amber wrench and the check engine lights, it start normal but drive terrible in fourth gear, it sometimes wont respond or delay to respond to the accelerator pedal,...

The wrench means you need to service the engine ASAP. The check engine light has a lot to do with all the pollution control devices on the vehicle. It could be the fuel filter I always recommend to my customers to change them out on a diesel every 15,000 miles . It will save a lot of headaches.

Toyota hilux d4d 3.0 litre fuel system light reset ?

Remove the key from the ignition but keep it handy. Important: Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for longer than 90 seconds to prevent the risk of having the airbags deploy! Replace the diesel filter (Follow the instructions that can be found in Toyota service manuals (search www). Remove the diesel filter sensor cable (the one on top of the filter assembly). Make sure the new O-rings seat properly. Close the filter assembly by turning the locking ring until it clicks. Bleed the filter assembly by pushing the little plunger thing on the top of the assembly until pumping becomes difficult. Connect the negative back onto the battery. Insert the key in the lock and turn until the dashboard warning lamps come on, but do not start the car yet. Within 3 to 60 seconds of doing this re-connect the diesel flter sensor cable. The light should be extinguished. Obviously there could be another problem causing the light to remain on (not flashing - steady on). If the light is flashing, then you have water in the system and should follow the answer supplied elsewhere by someone else to drain the water. Now start the car and enjoy clean diesel fuel driving. You should really not wait for the light to come on steady before chnaging the filter. Some fanatics believe every 10,000km is the longest you should wait, but this depends on fuel quality, low or high sulfur content, etc. Rather do it more frequently than having to buy new injectors.

How do I determine how much torque my impact wrench makes?

I test my impact wrench on a good vice and with a high grade steel nut/ washers and bolt that can take high torque. Select bolt with thread almost to the head. Hold head of bolt on solid vice and place two washers(more if needed to reach into threaded area) and nut on bolt. Set air pressure to max (I have 125psi). Run nut against bolt head with impact. Remove nut with torque wrench for reading. This low tech method will give you a rough idea. Higher pressure may give you better result. If you have used your air wrench for a while. Clean by adding diesel fuel into air fitting. Little at at time until diesel comes out rather clean. Then add a few drops of oil. Then test again. Good luck.

I have a 2.4L diesel Toyota Hilux. Its was -30 and the battery died. I have since jump started it and it drove fine (when the battery was dead and tried to start it in very cold, my husband thinks it could...

diesel engine have small starter helpers called glow plugs that heat the combustion air so that it can self ignite the diesel fuel
reasons for hard starting are
slow cranking speed---battery not charged enough or not big enough to do the job
injectors squirting and nit atomizing--- take the car to an accredited diesel pump/ injector repair shop for tip replacement and adjustment
the check engine light could be from faulty glow plugs
keep the fuel tank full ,especially in cold climate as there is hot return fuel from the injectors that causes condensation in the tank--water -- and that promotes the growth of a fungus which damages the pump and injectors
use diesel fuel condition on a regular basis to prevent that condition or keep the tank more that 3/4 full to stop condensation occuring
