You won't find that grill anymore. Models come and go like waves in the ocean. You may find one with the same dimensions, but you won't find a new replacement for that exact model. This is the pitfall of "built-in" grills, as they have a tendency to need replacement within 5-7 years on average, due to wear and tear, and the elements. All a "built-in" grill is, for the most part, a typical grill that has not been mounted on the base unit and instead mounted into some kind of enclosure.

SOURCE: having trouble changing 3 steel pipe burners on Charmglow grill

The best way to install these burners is to get a vice grip/pliers and bend the end of the burner where the screws can be placed. If you notice on that end there appears to be a section where it will bend without impacting the integrity of the burner itself. It will bend enough for you to place the burner in its place. Once installed, bend back and screw in the screws to hold in place.

SOURCE: how do I install replacement burners for my

1st post method mostly unnessesary, second won't work. Remove grates and flame tamers. LOOSEN rear screws anchoring burner. Remove 4 bolts on sides of front panel. They are accessable through the side panels!! Front panel and bafel are now free to move forward together, allowing burner to be lifted out.
Also there is a recall on the gas connection for this unit.

Normally, at least on an American grill hose/regulator assembly are a universal fit. And both ends of the hose have female couplings. I would think it would be the same on German Models too. For the connection to the grill, the hose coupling size is 3/8" ID.

I need a users manual for Charmglow 5 burner gas BBQ

Unfortunately, you listed 2 different Brinkmann Charmglow Grills, so I don't know which one you need the manual for. In any event, go to the link below and enter the correct model number for your grill and you can download the Owners Manual.

Hope this helps to get you started.

My charmglow is experiencing low gas flow. What

If is an LP, the regulator could be bad, easy to replace and not very expensive. Try a new regulator and hose first. If it is a NG grill, there still may be a regulator on it, not as easy to change out, but not very expensive. Try these things, if they don't work, let me know.

Have a charmglow 810-7310s grill, and the burner on the right center won't light ? my grill is 1.5yrs old and never had an issue before now

Hi. Take out the grill and the heat deflectors and check out the right center burner. IT may be cruddy or clogged or have a spider nest in it or worse. Mine was rusty and deterioriated and I had to replace it. Charmglow has all of the parts available if you need them. J.
