Error solve ?

Main Board for the copier that receive info from the Document feeder is causing that code. Is your machine DS version or none version? Could have the incorrect document feeder for that machine, or the small printed circuit board that come with document feeder is bad. Could try a different document feeder. Might also see if you can have tech come and re-flash the copiers firmware specially the document feeder and or the MFB Board (Multi Function board) is bad.

Conduct the following setting.
[Service Mode] ? [Memory/HDD Adj.] ? [Memory Check]
? [Detail Check].
When "NG" is displayed, replace the appropriate memory or
PWB.
WORK0: DIMM0
WORK1: DIMM1
FILE0,1: MFP board

sir, MFP board (MFPB) not receiving SIO receiving port...ADF ADF (Document feeder) not talking to main board.have tech come out might need to be re-flashed worse case both board need to be replaced

Your cd mechanism is slowly losing its ability to read all of the disks it read before. The unit is dying a slow death.

The SP2 download through Windows Update is very touchy. I cant even think about dowloading it. I have installed it twice already. No less than a day after I do, my harddrive freezes. I reformat/reinstall and have not had any problems at all NOT running SP2 for the past month.

This usually means you have a CD stuck. I have had this player for over 10 years and have always just removed the case screws lifted the top off and removed the c\CD that is out of place (two in one slot for example) put it back together and it works fine. Hasn't really happened over 3 times. My kids got older!

Check fuse and/or standby power circuit.

MOST LIKELY IT SOUNDS LIKE THE MOTOR THAT SPINS THE DISC - NEEDS REPLACING
