Did you use new cartridges? If not when the message comes up press and hold the "stop" button for 10-15 seconds to clear the error.

With my Pixma, I remove the print head and run hot water through it until it runs clear. Then blot with kitchen towel and do it again until almost no ink comes through and the towel is clean.

I have a Canon PIXMA MP250, and it's printing black and faded lines alternatively. (one line black, one line faded black...), sometimes involve blue too.. Anyone can help?

First, are you running low on those ink colors? If not, possibly print cartridges need cleaning. If printer has separate print heads, they made need cleaning.
Lastly, print head(s) may need replacement.

Canon mp830 cannot print is printing only in color. Put in new black BK8 and PGBK5, but just prints blanks

Could have ruined the head from not proper cooling from the ink supply.
Try to clean the head using 8 oz. hot water (preferably distilled) and 1 oz. ammonia.
Make sure the intake ports are submerged for 30=45 minutes. Dry the head completely and re-install.
Gently tap the PGI5 BLK on a towel and make sure ink comes out.
If so do a deep clean and a head alignment page.
If nopt you may need a print head that I can supply.

Canon pixma 882

bad cartridges or you set it not to remind you of ink running low
If so maybe try to remove the head and let it cap.
Unplug it for 30 minutes and re-install head etc.

After many cleanings, head refreshings, and "head allignments" the color printing is very light...especially the black. I've put in all new inks and the print is still very light. The new ink...

Try putting a bit of isopropyl alcohol in the bottom of the cartridge holder where the ink goes through and letting it sit for a couple hours then putting the cartridges back in and running the cleaning cycle a few times.

The alcohol should help dissolve the dried ink in the print head.
