There could be a number of reasons for not charging, faulty batteries, faulty charger, faulty connections, but they are all irrelevant since the machine is brand new. Take it back to where it was bought and get a replacement as yours is clearly "not of Merchantable Quality" and the vendor is obliged to replace it.

Have you checked the settings on your TV Malik? You usually need to go to settings on there and bring up HDMI. For example, if you have TV selected on the settings, you need to change to HDMI to view stuff on your TV screen from the laptop.
put a switch on the brake wire make sure the switch is on the off position. the switch should have two wires ,one wire connects to the brake wire the next wire ground it to the car .then turn on the stereo put a dvd in and turn the swicth on and off several times .It should come on
