Please check that all of your belts are still good (ie not stretched out, torn or otherwise worn). Also, please double check that you've cleaned all debris from the brush roll. You might need a tooth brush or a comb that you can throw out later. You might use shampoo to clean in. Then , please have the brush roll motor checked.

You did great with the assembly, however, you're off on the alignment. Try to adjust to pull the axle in the opposite direction to clear the cage.

Could be a number of reasons
1-your main jets are too big
2-float level to high
3-blocked exhaust
4-points or CDI(please confirm)
5-carb manifold rubbers leaking

I am guessing you had a disc in the drive when you took it apart (or maybe the coins had something to do with it).

What you need to do is disassemble the Bluray drive again. With the top cover off of the Bluray drive, power on the PS3, then hit the eject button. The plastic guides should snap into the right position and then you can reassemble and it will work again.

There is no alignment of the lens because the optical lens is fixed. If he removed the lcd panels then there may be a problem. You may want to check to make sure there is nothing on top of the optical lens or the mirror inside the mirror block assy wasn't damaged. If he damged the optical block or lcd panels then an optical block may need to be replaced. Very costly. Good Luck

Have you taken the foot control apart yet? What have you got to lose. Possibly something came loose that you can put back in place? There are small carbon contacts that may be put back in place. Just remember to put it back togeather the same way you took it apart. Or keep an eye on eBay and ask questions. Mostlikely a generic footcontrol will work. Good luck. Rick
