Stopped working and then started working again. is not working now. have checked the fuse and power supply
If the oven is going dead, and coming back to life, I'd look for a bad connection on the door switches or thermal protector. If it's just the control panel, it could be a bad connection or failure of an electronic component on the circuit board. If it runs, but heats intermittently, it could have a failing magnetron or intermittent high voltage rectifier. If one of those components is failing, it will stop heating completely soon.

This is usually caused by either a bad door switch, a loose door switch mount, or a problem on the control panel.
Even though a door switch clicks, it may still be bad inside.
If you or a friend decide to look into it, we have critical information on safety, disassembly and door switches at our site, linked here on Fixya: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk

SOURCE: replacing fuse in samsung microwave model number shm9187
there should be a fuse inside on the AC line and it may be on the inverter(power) board of the unit.
It sounds like the magnetron may have
either failed or is not being supplied with the extremely high
voltage required to run it.
Make sure the !!!!capacitor is
discharged!!!!! before attempting any sort of repair.
Check
the door interlock switches first then the high voltage diode with
either an AVO model 8 on high resistance range for short circuit, the
feed fuse on the primary of the high voltage transformer and then
finally, the magnetron is best checked by substitution.
Hope that
helps.
